Sorry but we don't accept returns on any products, If there is an issue with product then we can offer an exchange item.
How long does it take to get my custom signs?
Custom signs will take 2-3 weeks to get your custom label made along with your custom wood piece! The custom plaque's for the snowflakes will take up to 3-5 days.
